| It's been a long long time since we touched any of the Z's you are referring. The one you bought was serviced by a guy on the side that used to work for Z1 rather than us, for the last few years he had it. You took the old Z you had to Boost Solutions instead of Z1 first and ended up with a jacked up mess with a LOT of missing (stolen) parts. We did what we could with what we were working with and the budget. We find ways to improve drastically every year we are in business. What we did two or three years ago seems almost silly to me now, but I was doing the best I could then with what the knowledge and experience I had. All we can do is learn from our mistakes and find ways to keep getting better. We have made a LOT of changes to our service department from a quality control standpoint in the last year. I think that is clear from the feedback people see here. Right now honestly we can't handle the work anyway. We are working feverishly getting everything ready for the Z Nationals and the shop is at least 3 months behind on big jobs like TT conversions. We'll take the work in and get it done right but make it clear that your car may be sitting in the lot for a while.
